Garry Nadebaum, Director of Tennis

Director of Tennis, Garry Nadebaum has been a USPTA Elite Pro  Member since 1992.  Garry brings a wealth of experience to the job as a teacher, coach and former collegiate and professional tennis player.  He is a Business Management graduate of Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, where he was a standout player.  He was ranked #14 in the nation in doubles and #34 in singles for a team that also ranked in the top 15.  For his first two years in college, Garry starred at South Plains College and had similar national success before moving on to ORU.

In 2001 Garry was named USPTA Missouri Valley Division Oklahoma Pro of the Year and the Missouri Valley Division pen Player of the year . In 2002 Garry was USPTA Missouri Valley Division  Player of the year and in 2003 USPTA Missouri Valley over 35 player of the year..  He was Oklahoma Adult Player of the Year both in 2001 and 2003.He has won over 100 first place and 100 second place finishes in tournament action including many national events.Garry also coaches a local private high school, Our Lady of the Hills, and has coached them to two state championships in 7 years and several singles and doubles titles

In 2012 Garry began playing Men’s 45’s ITF International Tennis Federation and world tennis events.  He has won many USTA National titles including 3 straight Grass courts Men’s 45’s singles and doubles titles. At the Australian Tennis Championships  for 2012 he was runner-up in singles.  Garry is ranked #1 in Australia in Men’s 45s Singles for 2012 and has been selected to represent Australia on the Men’s 45s Dubler Cup Team at the World Team Championships for 4 straight years (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016)

In 2014 Garry was ranked #14 in the ITF 45’s Singles World Rankings and #2 in the doubles. Garry Nadebaum has held the USTA National Men’s 45’s singles #1 ranking for 2 years (2013,2014) and the #1 USTA National Doubles Ranking for 4 years straight (2012, 2013, 2014, 2105)
