Riverhill C.C Director Of Tennis Wins ITF Australian World Championship Singles and Team Titles

Tennis Director at Riverhill C.C, Kerrville, Texas Garry Nadebaum has returned from Australia after winning two gold medals. Garry won four singles matches to take the gold medal in the Men’s 50’s singles event at the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Australian Individual Championships held in Adelaide, South Australia. Garry beat defending National Champion David Evans from Queensland 6/1 6/4 in the finals. Garry is from Adelaide ,South Australia and his family still lives there. Garry said, “it was extra special to be able to win the National Titles with his parents watching.”
This moves Garry’s ITF World Singles ranking to #17 and will qualify him to play for the Australian Mens 50’s  World International Team Championships known as the Fred Perry Cup in October held in Miami, Florida.
The week before the winning the Individual National Championships Garry teamed up with 4 old tennis friends from Adelaide to form an unbeatable team to win the Australasian World Team Championships. The team were undefeated in 8 matches and won the gold medal by 30 points.
