Updates from the ITF World Tennis Championships in Turkey

The Austrlian team had  a rough week, losing to The Netherlands 2 matches to 1.  Garry lost singles in a tight 3 setter.   Australia lost to Germany and Garry lost to former ATP ranked #38 player 6/2, 7/6 and had a set point in the second set.

The Australian team then went on to beat Russsia, Ireland, Turkey and Romania to end up with 4 wins and 2 loses.

Garry won all other singles matches easliy and played well on the clay courts there. Garry wrote home that the Alibey Club Manavgat resort is amazing and every meal of the buffets are great, especially all the fruit and desserts.

Onto the individuals and Garry is seede #22 and has already beaten 3 good players including the #8 ITF World ranked from Brazil 6/1,6/3.

In the round of 16 Garry plays a guy Seeded behind him at #27 from Italy. He hopes to continue the good form!

They beat #5 seeds in doubles also Tuesday, March 26.
