Pan Seared Scallops
Seasoned scallops drizzled with a citrus soy sauce served on a bed of fresh greens

Wine Pairing: French White Burgundy

Entrée Course

Garlic Rubbed Lamb Chops
Lamb chops seasoned with a garlic rub, roasted then finished with a lemon dijon reduction sauce. Served with sweet potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts.

Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir

Dessert Course

Chocolate Fig Squares
