2024 TOURNAMENT CALENDAR

January 27^th – The Putting Championship -Two person teams compete in an 18-hole putting only tournament. Teams will be flighted by team handicap.

February 24^th – The Par 3 Challenge -The golf course will be set up as 18 par 3’s and will challenge the players from angles they don’t normally play from. Format is individual stroke play within flights.

March 16^th – 17^st– Spring Member – Member – Two-person teams, one net best ball format using Point quota scoring.

 March 19^th– Riverhill Cup Matches – Individual Round Robin Match play, flighted and you schedule your own matches.

April 26^th – 28^th – Senior Men’s Club Championship – Individual stroke play event, flighted by age, paying both gross and net prizes, non Championship flights play April 27 th & 28th.

April 30^th– Riverhill Team Championship starts – Two person teams, flighted best ball match play, schedule your own matches, 24 teams.

May 16^th – 18^th – Byron Nelson Invitational – Member-Guest – Two person teams competing in non-elimination match play within flights.

July 25^th – Jr. Club Championship – Stroke play – flighted by age.

July 27^th & 28^th – Couples Summer Fun – One net best ball shamble.

August 3^rd – Parent – Child – 2-person scramble.

September 20^th – 22^nd – Men’s Club Championship – Individual stroke play event, flighted by tee played paying both gross and net prizes, non-Championship Flight players Sept. 21st – 22nd.

September 27^th – 28^th – Ladies Club Championship – Stroke play and Stableford flights.

October 11^th – 13^th – Member – Member Match Play – Two person teams competing in non-elimination match play within flights.

November 8^th – 9^th – The 22nd Collins Cup – This is a Ryder Cup style format with 40 players qualifying their way onto the team by competing in the golf events during the year.

November 23^rd – Winter Scramble – Two person teams, flighted event.

December 1^st – Golf Shop Christmas Sale – best discounts of the season.

Member – Staff Scrambles:

Thursday Evenings – January 25^th , February 22^nd , March 21^st , April 11^th , May 23^rd , June 20^th, July 18^th , August 22^nd, September 12^th, October 24^th , November 21^st and December 12^th

Greens Aerification Dates:

April 1st & 2nd, June 3rd – 6th , October 14th & 15th

Play away days will be scheduled during aerification weeks.

Junior Golf Camps:

Cost $150 per child per session, includes lunch and swimming each day. May 29^th – June 31^st , June 12^th – June 14^th , June 18^th – June 20^th , June 25^th – 27^th and July 10^th – 12^th.  Topics covered include: Full swing, short game, putting, rules and etiquette.
